John’s Farm is located just outside Fairview, Oklahoma, where John and Kris Gosney consider themselves stewards of the land. For generations their family farmed using traditional methods, adapting as times changed, but in 1996 an opportunity arose to take over farming on neighboring land, but under one stipulation, that it continue to be farmed organically.
Out of this endeavor has come high quality, organic and local products that we are pleased to carry at Ootsie’s Blossoms and Boutique.
The Fairview’s Best line of organic wheat, milling flour, spices and mixes are favorites among the health conscious and those who value high standards in quality. The Organic Whole Grain Wheat Flour is sown, tended to, harvested and milled by John’s Farm. It’s certified organic and non-GMO verified.
Fairview’s Best also has organic field peas and black-eyed peas as part of their product line. They make a great addition to a hearty soup.
For a little more flavor, turn to Fairview’s Best Chili Mix. It’s not too spicy, but perfectly seasoned. Great with beef, but it also tastes great with turkey or chicken or in vegetarian chili. All Fairview’s Best seasoning mixes are wheat and gluten-free as well as being free of preservatives, nitrates/nitrites, MSG and corn syrup.
Finally, Fairview’s Best All-Purpose Seasoning, available in both course and fine ground, was developed right at the farm. The perfectly balanced spices provide flavor to veggies, eggs, popcorn and meats.

Hello!! I am a simple person with a passion for flowers and home décor. I am crazy about my God, family and business. I am not fancy with my words or in person. I say it like it is and love to share my passion. I love to talk about the things I am passionate about. My husband of 36+ years is my ROCK!!! His passions are tractors, old engines and lathes. He goes to the tractor shows which gives me a chance to go antiquing and visiting green houses, so it works out very nicely. I LOVE to learn all I can about flowers and gardening. Now you wouldn't think that were the case if you came to my house because I don't have a large garden, but that is my plan when I retire at 60 (7 years away, happy dance happy dance). My plan is to play in the dirt, when we are not traveling. So little by little I am working to make my back yard my "Ootsie Oasis" for when I retire. I hope you enjoy playing with flowers and playing in the dirt with me, because that's what I love to do. I may not know all there is to know about flowers and dirt, but I love researching and figuring it all out. Hey it's dirt, what could possibly go wrong? RIGHT? As I always say. "BLOOM WHERE YOU ARE PLANTED BECAUSE I BELIEVE IN YOU!!"
